Return Policy – MN Própolis

At MN Própolis, we value your satisfaction at every stage of your purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and accessible return policy, valid for customers in Brazil and worldwide.

Returns due to change of mind

You may return any product, without the need to provide a reason, within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, as provided by Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
The product must be returned sealed or slightly used, in good condition, and preferably in its original packaging.

Returns for defective or damaged items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or transport damage, please contact our team within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Once the issue is verified, the return will be authorized free of charge, and you will receive a full refund.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for defective items. We do not offer exchanges for personal preference or incorrect choices. If desired, you may return the product (within the deadline) and place a new order.

Exceptions – Perishable food products

Perishable food items such as honey, blends, and extracts can only be returned if they are sealed, undamaged, or have a manufacturing defect.
Opened food products without defects will not be accepted.

How to return

After your return request is approved, you will receive a free return shipping label.
The product must be delivered at a local postal service or authorized collection point.
Returns are accepted from all countries where MN Própolis operates.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1 business day after we receive the returned product.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used in the original order:

• Card payments: refunded to the same credit card
• Pix payments: refunded to the same Pix account
• Bank slip (boleto): refunded via bank deposit

Return shipping costs

• In cases of change of mind or regret, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
• In cases of defects or damage, returns and refunds are completely free of charge.
